Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent — no trial, no expiration. You get a single project with sample data, AI insights, and a guided tour. Upgrade any time to connect your own Jira instance.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you a single demo project with synthetic sprint data, AI-generated health scores and insights, and a guided product tour. It's designed to let you explore Omnio View's interface and understand the value before connecting your own tools.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing is available on request and comes with a discount — contact contact@omnioview.com. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What counts as a "team"?
A team is one Jira board or project connected to Omnio View. You can connect multiple boards from the same Jira instance. User seats are unlimited on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Consumer users also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right — see our Terms of Service §5.
Is there a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available?
Yes. Our GDPR Art. 28 DPA is available on request for Enterprise customers and Workspace Administrators. Email contact@omnioview.com to request a signed copy.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is stored on Render's EU (Frankfurt) region. Backups default to Amazon S3 Ireland (eu-west-1). See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list.
